GUIDE

FAQ

Entry, what to bring, photos and more — what to know before you visit.

Admission & Reception

QIs there an admission fee?
Admission is free. Everyone is welcome.
QCan I re-enter the venue?
Yes — you can come and go as many times as you like.
QDo I need indoor shoes (slippers)?
Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the gymnasium, Gyokusui Hall, the music room or the Japanese-style room. We recommend bringing slippers or other indoor shoes, plus a bag for your outdoor shoes.

During Your Visit

QIs there somewhere to eat and drink?
Please use the designated eating areas, and kindly sort your trash — see the Eco Project page for details.
QWhat happens if it rains?
Indoor events go ahead as planned. Outdoor events may be changed or cancelled — check the notices at the venue and this website for the latest information.

Access & Help

QIs there parking?
The school has no visitor parking, and nearby car parks have limited capacity. Please use public transport.
QWhere are lost & found and the information desk?
The main information desk (headquarters) handles lost property and general inquiries. See the on-site notices or the venue map for its location.
QI need some assistance.
If you use a wheelchair or stroller, or need any help, please see the Accessibility guide. On the day, feel free to ask any staff member — students wearing red armbands.
QI would like to apply for press coverage or filming.
Members of the press should contact the school in advance; we will guide you through the filming permit for the day.
QCan I use this site more conveniently on my phone?
Add this website to your home screen to open it like an app — favourites (☆) and the map work as usual.
